So all the fun aside, I am still at 80% health which is getting better and better. Weekend is already coming up so I am ready to pick up where I left off.
February was a fun month in terms of social events. Meeting the crew again in Budapest was breathtaking. Adding more people to the crew is also pretty fun ![]()
I tallied up yesterday after I just grinded to Diamond on iPoker. I am kinda sick looking at iPoker again and I feel that I have made a mistake by playing there again. It is so tilty for me and when I moved back to my good old network I realized ''Fuck me, why did I moved away from this network in the first place?''
Anyway I played like 60 hours, obviously lost some in PLO at iPoker because everyone is Miss Nancy , kNitting all day long :f_confused:. I think I lost like $750 while the minimum range was like -1.1$k on 50PLO mainly. I pretty much broke even because I also played on another site
With rakeback, I'm up like $2.2k which is pretty good for a learning month. I focused on the Psychological aspect which will get a revision period after my University Exams (they are in April/May lol )
I arrived at the Motivation chapter at Jared's book and I realized that I do not have a hobby, I do NOT take seriously. Every other hobby I have (gaming, Magic, backgammon) is like also trying to be the best I can
the only hobby that is left is reading and gaining knowledge of Human behaviour in an Economical/Entrepreneurial point of view.
My mental management excel sheet is doing OK so far, it gives me some overview of how I am doing mentally ![]()
My March goals are as follows:
I am pretty sure the table cap is not going to be a problem as everything is going superfast and 10 tables iPoker is like 5 tables here ♦
The only downside is that I rake 40% more with the weighted contributed. like 22bb/100 on 50PLO at the moment. I am awaiting funds on another site to shoot 100PLO asap because this 22bb/100 is killing me

This shows how easily human behaviour can be manipulated & predicted
It's fascinating because you can even do this with other (more nasty, destructive) stuff
Ofcourse you didn't said it here, it is your like your first post here in my blog + you are from Benelux. But there are a couple of Liverpool fans in my class and man o man they are going to get bashed
Since I switched sites, the game has gotten a lot quicker and intenser. As a result it feels like I am getting tested of the theory I learned from Jared Tendler. I am too tired to fill in a 3rd 90-120min. session so I call it for the day so I just am working on my blogging at the moment.
I think I have to review my hands more and more, I am gradually picking up on that but honestly I have put it in a sort of sinkhole only touching it as a last resort of analysis. But I can quickly tell the day after if the hand that went all-in on street X was OK or I was just some big ass wimp getting it in that way
So far I am getting tested by the PLO swing and as long as I do not give in and maintaining my pace, motivation and composure, I will be fine
enough fish that I have intel on will be capitalized later:

Did you post the correct hand?
If so good fold UTG ♦
Or are you talking about SB shove??
The shove is pretty standard a s the shover has 3 of his favourite holdem cards at the same time so it`s an easy shove
I think Gerv just wanted to discuss his fold and how nitty he is

Yeah it was a tough fold UTG, maybe I timed out because I was looking for the popcorn ♦
Mine..! Mine!
This weekend I have been swinging a bit down on the PLO tables, it is inevitable people winning 60/40s and I have no idea why I am actually paying attention to it while playing. During my SSS time, I had no problems with this so there seems to be something wrong with this. I mean breathing excercises only solve the short-term
Maybe it is with a mindset that I am OK with being a losing player now since I am learning PLO. Maybe it has to do with the knowledge I rake 22bb/100 now or something
Surely it doesn't feel good to move up the limits to prevent being raked off (ripped off) this big with the rake.
Anyways Arsenal won vs Liverpool but my other Dutch team just threw away the title shot by losing 2-6, like whatthe fuck
Hope your guy's weekend is a lot more entertaining, I just have my humble poker life with a slice of the PLO pancake
Offshore gambling? Yea ♦
People in other boats: You guys coming from a wedding?
Agents: No, we’re high rollers.

Agents: Hey you guys over there interested in some gambling?
People on other boats: This is legal?
Agents: Yeah, we’re offshore. International waters.
People on other boats: Don’t you have to be a certain distance offshore?
Agents: Um. We’ve never heard of that.
