i think yes, A is in your perceived range so 2nd barrel is good,

MP3 will fold unless he has hit his A out, or was trapping you with J (but this is less frequent because he called your bet so he rather have PP).

Hey Allen,

As wasilek123 nicely pointed out, he cannot have that many Ax combo's but you can so therefore it is better to turn 99s into a bluff here by betting the Turn

I think your sizing is perfect so nice hand
