bit of a messy hand, i thought i had the odds to call pre flop. should i off raised the flop and go all in to a re raise. i thought after the turn he was chasing the flush draw, should i have saved my $3 with the scare river, or did the pot oddds justify my push

Hello craigjo,

Much better mate, thanks!

Preflop: Depends a lot how good you are postflop and overall. As you may understand it's not so easy to play with such hands, your flush wont be very strong which people tend to overplay.

As played
Flop: I would just bet it right on the flop rather than Check/Raise because it will represent a lot stronger hand and all worse will fold. Donk out for ~$1,20. Even if you Check/Raise then why so small?

As played
Turn: Why do you bet so small? Don't you want to protect your hand?

As played
River: Did you see the flush completing? I don't really see how you can Check/Raise here for value. :(

Best Regards.
