Dealt to Hero 9♠ 9♥

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $200,

Sb48/43 and 33% 3 bet in 34 hands

My process was to min raise induce a 3 bet. When i see 48 vpip i think there is a high possibility to flat called from this player.Should i have just pushed pre?Do i loose much value playing this way?

Standard spot to minraise. He has 48 vpip, but also he is open raising and 3betting a lot. I would expect to get shoved on way more often than called by this player. Also it's not that bad to get called when we are in position.
