No online play updates I'm afraid, just taking it easy a few days :)

But! I did go to the Casino Tuesday night!

joined the £25 Tourney, pretty much continued my Red Spade Run :P I got AK a few times, but everytime I raised it up, the flop would come something like 9 :heart:8 :club:T  In a 3 way+ Pot. Didn't hit anything :(

I finally got it in with A4s from LP with 7BB's, ost a flip vs KQo. Oh well

I then went to sit down on the cash table (£0.50/£1.00). I usually sit down with £100, but this affects my game too much and puts me off, So I decided to sit down with £50 & play some MSS. I worked it up to £125ish then ended up losing a big pot, but I feel I made the right lay down. Heres the hand:

I've tried my best to make it a readable format  Apologies :)

I don't know everyone elses stacks, but the whole table was at least £100, I can remember Villains + my own though.

Villain is a good player, rather tight from the hands I'd seen.

BB: £100 (100 bb)
UTG: £100 (100 bb)
MP: £100 (100 bb)
MP2: £100 (100 bb)
Hero (CO): £125 (125 bb)
BTN: £100 (100 bb)
SB: £150 (150 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A :club:K :club:
UTG folds, MP calls £1, MP2 calls £1, Hero raises to £7, BTN folds, SB calls £7, 3 folds.

Flop: (£16) A :spade:8 :diamond:J :spade:
SB checks, Hero bets £13, SB calls £13

Turn: (£42) 6 :diamond:
SB checks, Hero bets £27, SB rasies to £61, Hero folds

Again, some of the bets may be slightly out, I cant quite remember ;(

Villain revealed his hand to me, in the spoiler:

Spoiler

A :heart:J :diamond: - He also told me good fold :]

You can see the Review of my hand here: Live - CO with AKs

I played only a few pots, but eventually I left with -£5, after being sat there for a good 4 hours+ :f_biggrin:

But I did sit down on Roulette with £20 whilst waiting for my seat, Didn't play crazy, just put the odd £1 on some Lines & Numbers etc, I ended up leaving with £280 :O
One guy came over and put some chips on "0" and "0-2", 0 comes in, he won like £1700!!! I put £3 on it too, for a nice £108 return :]

Had a blast, I always do, I love it

I start work at the Hotel on the 13th so I'll probably try to get in a few more trips before I start again as it difficult to go when I'm working, well, not too difficult, but I don't get home until 5, and work starts at 8 :P I've done it a few times, but its not the most practicable option!

I've been playing a few SNG's & MTT's, but haven't had any great success.

My Bankroll is sat on $442 / 1050 FPP's

Nearly have around $30 worth of Bonus I can collect too :f_biggrin:

Going to make this a short one, as I'm SO ANGRY!

I played a £5.50 Satellite for another seat into a UKIPT Satellite for a Seat. Top 5 / 60.

I won a ticket into it, worth £33, the tourney was a 2R1A, I played very tight, used no Rebuys. I did use the Add-on though, so all in all cost me £38.50.

I Bubbled from the UKIPT Seat, I was short stack.

Poker Stars, $30 Buy-in (800/1,600 blinds, 150 ante) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

CO: 72,644 (45.4 bb)
BTN: 169,747 (106.1 bb)
SB: 57,184 (35.7 bb)
BB: 31,452 (19.7 bb)
Hero (MP): 16,973 (10.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K Q
Hero raises to 16,823 and is all-in, CO folds, BTN calls 16,823, 2 folds

Flop: (36,796) 8 5 7 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
Turn: (36,796) 6 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: (36,796) 3 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results: 36,796 pot
Final Board: 8 5 7 6 3
BTN showed 9 J and won 36,796 (19,823 net)
Hero showed K Q and lost (-16,973 net)

ARGGHHHHHH!!

5th/6th did get £200. but I didn't join for that. I wanted the seat! Sooo disappointed :(

Now idea how angry I am.. I've wanted to play in the UKIPt for sooo long now, my first real chance ;( ;( ;( ;( ;(

Time for another update!

First off, I went to the Casino again on Saturday Night (Got to get in a few trips before work stars ;))
No tourney runs on Saturday nights, a little disappointed, but I joined the Cash table with £100, and the grinding began, was Up-Down-Up-Down throughout the night, after around 5Hours I was up around £180.
Decided to take a sexy picture too !

Black - £25, Red - £5, Pink - £1, Green - £0.50

A nice stack eh?

So it was a good night overall, after my travel expenses, food & drink i walked out with roughly +£100

I'm planning on giving their Wednesday Tourney a go as I've never tried it due to it being a £25 2R1A, which I don't usually play Live or Online. So I'll give you an update on how that goes when the day comes.

After my disappointment of missing out on the UKIPT Seat, I decided to give a few satellites a go to win some T$ on Stars, with the £200 win. I ended up with with a nice $80 profit throughout these. I also decided to withdraw £90 of my Bankroll to spend on something, to celebrate my winnings in a way, have a nice takeaway, buy some clothes, who knows

I also joined the $11 Sunday Storm tonight, finished 1200th for $70, which is a nice extra boost to my Bankroll :) I'm not happy with the way I busted, A Blind steal gone wrong with 12 BB's  But I can't complain, its a sweet Bankroll boost.

All this winning, I've totally lost track of what my Bankroll is, anyone thats following probably has too! So here it is :)

Bankroll: $750 / 1150 FPP's

Thats after withdrawing my £90 / $150 ;)

I could use this to move up to NL25. But I've asked for advice about this from Veriz and he has advised that I continue to play at NL10 and work up my bankroll through that. There is no point jumping up a limit if your not ready for it & end up spewing it all away so I need to still earn $250 from NL10, then I can move up!

Tomorrow I should start be starting my grinding again ;)

Also I have an appartment to rent(it is not mine one day it will be ) so we can make a deal.

Hey Sikac, its going rather well :) hopefully it will keep going up, up UP!

Yeah, I went to Umag with a friend, after some Googling I managed to find where we stayed: Hotel Sol Aurora All Inclusive
We had dinner mostly at some Pizza place, it was quite a walk away, but on the seafront with alot of other restaurants, maybe you know the place?

If I ever decide on a Holiday again, maybe I'll pick Croatia again if the price is good ;) I don't "Party!" though, Non Drinker  but there is plenty of other stuff to do!

Back to the poker...
Played 1000 hands yesterday, was +$45 at one point, then stacked of $10 in a stupid play, no excuse, I should have folded. I then lost another $10 with an AI TPTP Vs TP+FD, Lost that flip, ending the session on +$10, a little disappointed, but its still a nice 10bb/100 so I can hardly complain.
I'm going to stop posting my Graphs after every session as it can be time consuming every time. I'll start posting them up after I've done a few thousand hands, 2500Minimum :)

Update time!

I said that I'd update about my Casino trip on Wednesday, I was a little tired on the day, but I decided to go anyway :]

The Catamaran I usually get over wasn't running (I live on an Island) So I had to get the next one, thus making me 15 minutes late for the Tourney Start :(
It is a £20+£5 2R1A. We had 20 Runners and I chose to play with my only my starting stack, no immediate rebuy! I Played well throughout and decided to use my Addon during the Break. I lasted out to make the money (Last 3) But had a very small stack of 15k, 2nd had 50k & the leader 135k. Blinds where 1k/2k, I was this short for a good 15 minutes, whole table was card dead, they didn't try to bully me too much either which was pretty sweet ;) I ended up getting a few double ups through the big stack & eventually he was out, I was Heads up with roughly even chips and we agreed to split £300 each. Another Casino Poker win! I should play Live more _cool:

Sadly, I lost all my profits... Travel, Food & Drink takes a good £60 or so, I also missed the midnight catamaran, so had to wait until 4:15am for the next one & being stuck in a Casino for 4 hours with some extra cash, isn't ideal. I lost it on Blackjack / Roulette and was so annoyed with myself that I walked out of the Casino and stood outside in the freezing cold for an hour whilst waiting for the next Catamaran :( But I got a free night out in theory, so I can't complain too much, I had a good time!

As for online, I played a few thousand hands Yesterday & Today, didn't do amazing but didn't make any huge losses either
I said that I'd stop updating my blog after every session, I've decided that updating ever 2500 hands would make more sense than after every single session, its also easier for me to do it this way, giving me more time for Play, Study & Life in general lol.

Now would be the best time to post an Overall Graph as I've just hit 20,000 Hands, so here it is.

As said before, I'll update with a graph now for ever 2500 Hands ( Maybe 5000 hands occasionally ) But should I just post the 2500, or the Overall graph, so 22,500 ?

As you're all probably aware, the Sunday Million 6th Anniversary is coming up this Sunday & I like to join "Special Events" ... ;)
Considering my recent winnings on some Satellites I chose to risk $74 of my Bankroll in a 6Max Hyper Turbo (Top 2 get a Seat in the SM) I played, and got myself a Ticket, So here I come SM!

I start work on Tuesday after having around 2 months off, so getting a nice cash in the SM is my last chance to quit the job.

I've been waiting for the perfect time to use my "One Time" Chip, this looks like the perfect opportunity!

Will it work? :f_biggrin:

Bankroll: $680 / 1385 FPP's
Thats roughly $20 in Tickets
I'm also close to my 2nd $10 VIP Stellar reward too :)

Hey qMantas! Nice to see you poking around in my Blog

My stats over 20k hands where around 16/13, very nitty! I wanted to play tight and make sure I can beat NL10 playing this way to begin with. If I couldn't beat it as a nit, I had no chance when opening up
Since then I've been working on opening my range alot. I've ran the Positions filter in HEM2 & was very surprised how tight I actually was! I will post some stats once I have around 40k hands, where they should hopefully be alot looser :]

--------------------

How did I do in the SM? Awfull...
I was card-dead throughout the night, I lasted for around 3 hours (No Cash), within that I won a total of 5 hands, even the hands I folded would not have won :( But thats Variance for you, another example why you should stick to BRM ;)

I've played around 4000 hands since my last update, but I will update with graphs once I reach 5000 :) I've had a roller-coaster ride through these hands, with an upsetting -$35 Session on Stars + and a -$30 Session on 888! Nothing was working out for me, missing every draw, couldn't dig up any sets, had to fold Top Pairs due to others hitting was just a horrible few days! But I continued to play my A-Game and it eventually turned around and I won back my losses.
Just got to keep the hope, or I'll never beat the Micros!

I've decided to not play any Cash today, take a break from them for a day, so I went onto 888 for some MTT's.

I lost $5 in one, some guy sucking out on me :(
$2.60+$1+$0.40 Bounty Tourney Finished 3rd for $58 (+$3 for Bountys) I pushed with AQ and ran into KK, bad times!
I finished 10th in a $2.50 for $10 also, Pushed 44 with my short stack, got called by 22, flopped his set, rivered Quads! :O

So I was roughly +$60 for today on 888, good times :)

I'm also playing in some of the Micro Millions events @ PokerStars today, as its the only time I'll be able to due to work getting in the way of others :(

Event 01 - $0.11R - Spent around $4 - Cashed for $3 - Only joined that one for fun though
Event 02 - $1R - Didn't join
Event 03 - $5.50 - Got in this one for free using a Deposit bonus (Deposit $30 for a Free $5.50 Ticket ;)) Current sat just above Starting Stack.
Event 04 - $3.30R PLO - Didn't join
Event 05 - $10.50 Super Knockout! - Not started yet, but I'm in this one! $5 Bountys, knockout two guys and I'm freerolling :P

Looks like your MTT success is pretty much coming in the spotlight in your poker carrier. I mean you have really decent result in this tourneys so you should maybe play them more then cash games. Hope that the run will stay.GL!

I do quite well in MTT's Online & Live, but due to working split shifts, I can't devote alot of time to them, so don't play many of them sadly, only a few when I get home.
I would like to give it a shot sometime, a solid week of them and see how I run, perhaps apply for a Stake to play some $11+ Tourneys all week :]

My HEM stats are all over the place in my Tournament filters due to alot of tourneys out of BRM, Hyper Satellites to SM & some Hypers I played when Tilt :( I'm going to clear my database from all of these, so that I can keep a record of MTT results more accurately also.

Whilst on the subject of MTT's I finished the MicroMillions Event 05 - $10.50 SuperKnockout 200 away from Cashing. I was sat with a small stack and Pushed AQ, lost a flip vs TT. I could have folded into the money, but thats not my style, I want to win, not a min cash!
I also managed to claim 5 bountys for $5 each though, so not a total loss.

For the moment I'll stick to my cash as its the best chance I have of maintaining a steady side income to help me reach my Savings Goal for the Year

Now, onto my update :)
I have played 6079 hands since I last updated, as explained in a previous post, I was having a roller coaster ride throughout this, missing every draw, set mines & having to fold alot of my made hand due to heavy raises where Villain has potentially made a far stronger hand, such as my Top Pairs vs Two Pairs. There isn't much to do about this, but to continue playing my A-Game and wait for it to change, keep the hope!
A perfect example of how crazy my sessions have been was a few days ago; I had played 850 hands, where 16 of them were AA, I got no action on 13 of them, whereas the other three I didn't do so well on. Hand one I lost AI Pre v QQ, the second I lost when Villain made a flush & the other I actually won with quads, but only a small pot :( Although I ran super hot this day, I got NO action whatsoever, over my 16 AA alone, I was at -$2, remarkable, right? lol
Thankfully this turned around in my last few sessions and took me back up to a nice healthy profit.

Here is the graph - Nice one, right? All over the damn place!

A good proportation of this profit was due to the E(Euro) tables where I'm +27 over 400 hands, they seem to be far softer than the $ tables for some reason, so I'll try to join a few more of those in for sure!
I also played 670 hands in NL2 Zoom today, which helped out, giving me +$10

Here is my Overall Graph since I began

Lets hope that I can continue upwards!

PokerStars Bankroll: $741 / 1980 FPP's

Now we move onto 888!
I played a few sessions there, I dropped around -$30 in one session, which didn't do my Bankroll any good, but I managed to win it back later on in a nice +$30 session, so pretty much evens there cash wise.
Here is the graph.

I will start to play a little more cash at 888 soon, I feel that I have a much larger edge whilst playing there, despite my recent results.

I also withdrew $200 of my Bankroll @ 888, "WHAT!?" I hear you shouting?
I then Deposited $200 so that I could collect the $40 Instant Bonus, I think its fair enough to add that in as profit, right? :f_cool:

888 Bankroll: $347

So, overall my Bankroll across both sites sites on an impressive $1088, which works out to a profit of $1088 - $200 - $250 = $638
I could add more profit, as the FPP's + Stellar bonus are worth around $55 too !

This is over 6 weeks, giving me $100 per week so far, wish is sweeeeeeeeeet :f_love:

Hey Rasta Man!

Its is going pretty well so far, indeed :f_biggrin: Lets hope that it continues this way!

Regarding moving up to NL25, I will be moving up one I reach around +$450 Profit from NL10, this way I know that I've beaten NL10 and have the ability to move up without just spewing my Bankroll away.
I do have a Bankroll that allows me to play NL25 by a fair amount, but this is due to MTT Cashes, so until I know I can beat NL10, NO NL25 for me!

This also gives me plenty of time to find more of my leaks, plug them and improve, which should also bump up my overall winrate over time.

I had a nice +$16 Cash session today, only 350 hands or so though, will be starting another session in a few minutes. I also lost $10 in some MTT's @ 888 though, so nothing huge :)

I also had a spare £25 in my account which I deposited to claim the free $5.50 ticket (I haven't been adding this to my Overall bankroll - kept it separate).
I wanted to withdraw the £25, but the minimum amount via Visa is £65 :( So because of this, I had a few £1R shots at some UKIPT Sats, sadly didn't win anything and was left with around £12.
I decided to gamble a little with this, I didn't go out Partying, so this was my Friday Night lol :P I joined an $18.77 Hyper Turbo Sat (Roughly £12) into the $55 Cubed & won, I then un-regged and used the T$55 on 3 more $18.77's & won two more $55 Tickets, I then un-regged them and traded the T$110 for $108.50.
I was a bit of a degen here, I admit, but like I said, its my Friday night, alot cheaper than most of yours I'd imagine :f_cool:

Now my Bankroll is sat on a juicy $864. Now, do I withdraw the £65($100) as it wasn't part of my initial deposit, or keep it in there?

Getting close to my next 5k hands, but I've just got myself the dreaded MAN FLU. So will not be playing any cash, maybe the odd tourney, but I have no chance of keeping up with 4 tables :(

Also started work again last week & I'm so not used to getting up in the morning, I'm tired near all day atm, also messing up my 1k hands per day recently. Hopefully I'll be back on track in a few days Man-Flu wise, and maybe a week or two with work mornings

Nice blog, will follow!

Seems like u been doing great recently :)
I definetly agree that u shouldnt rush into NL25 only becouse u have the bankroll, so youre +450$ @ NL10 goal seems like a good plan.

Also make sure to move up when youre on a heater, have great confidence and everything feels easy! :f_biggrin:

I'm to be found in my blog if u wanna talk some poker or whatever.

Peace
