Hey,
I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing continual drop outs of the mansion software. Like every so often the poker software will drop out for 20 seconds then connect back. It's been happening a lot for me tonight and I'm wondering if it's from my end or other people are experiencing the same problem?
Please let me know... I'm running mansion on my mac through parallels software that runs windows. I'm hoping it's a problem for all and not just my end.

Hi! this same thing is happening to me too. today was the worst case scenario. I raised pocket A and floped set, then I bet 3/4 of the flop (30$) one player called and then my connection was out- HATE. lost cca 45$ due to softwere. hate this thing

It's currently down by me.. Unfortunately I registered for two sit and go's and blinds will eat me up sooner or later :/
Yep, same for me. Have emailed support. Hopefully they will compensate the $5.50 I paid to play. Was in a good position to win too. Down to 3/4 players. Quite annoying.
Hope it comes back really soon too.. I dedicated this whole night to poker and now am stuck on what to do!!
Haha, I didn't realise I was the thread starter.. I started this thread quite a while ago! Anyway the error I'm getting is this: Patch failed, network error(12031): The connection with the server was reset.
The problem is on their side, and it happens to often by my opinion. Sometimes it is impossible to connect at all, so they put a message on their site saying "system enhancements in progress". I contacted them once about it, and this is what they wrote back:
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting MANSION.
Further to your recent communication, we can confirm that MANSION is currently enhancing our website and back office systems.
This enhancement in turn will prevent players being able to log into the poker/casino/sportsbook client and may cause temporary loss of service in the cashier or homepage.
If you have been affected by this we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope that this will be completed within a number of hours, however there is no set timescale as of yet.
We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Mansion server is down again. Sigh... I think I should consider transferring to another site, which would u guys suggest? 
Yeah I'm in the same boat. Just need 200 more points to clear bonus then I'll have about $500-$600 I'd like to take to another place to get a bonus.. so yes, any suggestions
I think it's probably because their servers cannot handle the amount of players they have on the tables during the peak hours. + their software is awful, it demands a lot of hardware resources, and it lacks some features, like resizing tables etc.
Yeah. And for some strange reason, my computer really slows down when I play at Mansion. Other sites don't have that problem. Anyway, so what other site do u guys suggest?
I also have an account at PartyPoker.com, and have been very satisfied with their service and software. I don't have accounts at the other sites so cannot say anything from my personal experience about them.
But I think everything but Mansion is better ♦ (avoid ongame network).
I forgot one more thing or two. My tables keep closing on their own when I play 6-8 tables:(. Usually table where I am winning- (read: surrounded by donkeys). hate that also. And bonus - I have made deposit of 30$- and collect 500 MCP points but still have not recieved bonus money.
Ah yeah I have noticed this too. Tables just shutting down for no reason when I'm multi-tabling. I always thought I accidently hit the 'leave table' button. Apparently not!

Same here. I even thought, how clumsy can I be, hitting the 'leave table' button all the time.
Me too! When I played 4 tables it seemed I can't play well because of the connection and sometimes I'm out of the table. Need 300 MCP before I can withdraw all my Bankroll and I'm planning to transfer to another site.
The worst thing?
I received an invitation ticket for the VIP (just wondering) so I registered but after a couple of days I found out that I'm not eligible (lol) they changed their registration and they are very sorry for the inconvenience.
The main point?
At least I felt being of a VIP for hours.
happens to me ... in addition , i cant see any hand history saving options and a simple rebuy on the table?? wtf, worst software ever...
