Just spent a 100k hand break-even stretch at PStars so bonuses and RB are quite important.

Which game type you play? (No limit? Sit & Go? MTT? PLO, Fixed Limit, Other?)

No Limit

2. Which limit do you play? (example: NL25, SNG $11, FL .50/1)

NL25

3. Short handed or full ring tables, or even Heads-Up?

SH

4. How much do you play? (e.g. I play 3 hours a week, or I generate $1000 rake/month)

30-40 hours a week

5. How many tables do you want to play?

6-8

6. What are your goals for the next 3+ months?

move up to and beat 50nl

Hi Rogbey,

The best room to play at is William Hill, they have a great VIP system aswell as a 200% first deposit bonus for up to $2000.

The FDB clears at around 43% and you still have the VIP system on top! Depending how much you rake per month I could give a rough guide of the returns you could expect.

The games are 20nl instead of 25nl but they have mixed currencies so if you add in £/€ tables it will even out.

There is always plenty of action aswell.

Best of luck

Callum

Hi VISHMASTER,

I would recommend EuroPoker, They have plenty of traffic for the DON's.

They also have a first deposit bonus for 200% up to $2200. With this and the VIP system you will be getting around 58% rakeback!!!

Good luck on your way up the limits :)

Ok thanks Callum. I raked ~$1500 in February so what should I expect from William Hill?

Thanks in adnavce :)

No limit.

2. Which limit do you play? (example: NL25, SNG $11, FL .50/1)
NL10-25, mostly NL10 as of late.

3. Short handed or full ring tables, or even Heads-Up?
Shorthanded, tho interested in HU but will focus on SH for now.

4. How much do you play? (e.g. I play 3 hours a week, or I generate $1000 rake/month)
Not much at all, I want to try to start playing again since I haven't played anything at all these last couple of months.

5. How many tables do you want to play?
2-3 since I'm more concerned about learning to get a good focus on each table and not so concerned about mass multi-tabling.

6. What are your goals for the next 3+ months?
To start playing again a decent amount of time each week and at least establish myself on NL25, preferrably NL50.

Right now I've got my small bankroll on Party but I've been considering Stars since the EU change. But if you think there's another room that would better suit my needs, please do tell.

Hello.

I decided to start all from the beginning and could you help me to understand in which poker room I'm tracked and which is not tracked on my account.

I know that I can look at the "Profile Settings" but there are some misunderstanding's so better would be that some of administration could take a look. :)

The main point is that I could earn PS points and could unlock articles and videos that could make my knowledge richer.

And from those poker rooms where I'm not tracked which one would be the best for me that I'm planning to play:

:diamond: starting from NL2
:diamond: Full ring (9max or 10max)
:diamond: ~30 hours a week
:diamond: starting with 4 tabling and moving up to 6
:diamond: the main goal is to educate myself and move up the steps in NL cash game

Which one of the poker rooms would be the best ? :f_cool:

Hi kviCcc,

Callum will be here shortly to help you chose a room.

I think it maybe best for you to contact our customer support to see which rooms you are tracked too. Although, I do not see why the Profile Settings page doesn't help you.

Thanks for your patience,
Gary

seeing as both of you are playing the same game and have similar requirements I will answer both of your posts here.

I think both of you would benefit from a flat rakeback VIP system. The best room for this would be Unibet. They offer 30% rakeback to all players.

They also have a €1000 first deposit bonus that you get on top of the 30% rakeback. So while you are clearing the FDB you will be getting around 50% rakeback!!!

Best of luck both of you!

Tried to register, but I guess Australia is banned to play on Unibet? Is there another similar option?

Hi Snowylee,

The best room we have so far is going to be William Hill, They have plenty of soft games running at 10nl-20nl.

They also offer a 200% first deposit bonus up to $2000. So if you deposit $200 they will offer you $400 worth of bonus! This should help you on your way to climbing up the limits!

Best of luck

Callum

Hi kviCcc,

First of all the rooms you are tracked at so far are:

Poker770
888
Betfair
Bwin
Everest
Fulltilt
William Hill
Party Poker
PKR
PokerStars

The best room for you to start at will be WPT Poker. They have lots of games running for 2NL FR and soft competition.

They also have up to $500 first deposit bonus to help you build your bankroll.

While you play at WPT you will get 4.5SP per $1 of rake so you will quickly unlock our training material as you play.

Good luck at WPT

Callum

I liked Ipoker personally, they have 50bb minimum tables that the shortstackers cant play at.

There are lots of fish there in my experience, also regarding the nits, just kill them with 1000 cuts, keep stealing their blinds :P

Ah yes that's right, now that you mention it :P. And yes, so true about the nits, I remember a session I had on Party, 2 tables full of nits, I think you can guess what happened :P

Hi Heitzenizer,

After a quick search I have found their is a limited selection of rooms for Australians. I see that you have a account on Poker770 on Ipoker.

While you may only get 10-15% rakeback from the VIP system, what I would suggest is clearing all the first deposit bonus's on the Ipoker rooms.

I would start with TitanPoker as they have the best FDB. It works out at around 52% rakeback and is 200% up to $2000. So you only need to deposit $1000 to get the full $2000 bonus.

Hope this helps

Callum

Sorry for missing your post Vishmaster.

I was looking through our poker rooms trying to find one that is India friendly and has decent traffic for DON SNG's.

Most rooms only had 1 game going and 1-2 $5 games.

The only room that has enough traffic for you will PokerStars. They will more then enough games for you, running pretty much 24/7.

Best of luck

Callum

Thanks Callum,
Poker stars have 50-50 format instead of DONs where the payouts are different for each place finisher.
I have found out merge network to be good so far, but poker strategy has no link with it I guess.

Thanks again.
