I would you to state, the country you live in, tax rate for online poker winnings, and how the system is documented. Is there a way technically to spend all your winnings from payment processors and e wallets without being taxed?

Norway - Taxes on winnings over 10k NOK ($1800)
This goes for every single pot or tournament etc.
It doesn´t matter if you loose the same amount the next hand, you still have to pay about 28% tax.
Even if you don't withdraw the money, and they are in the cashier, you still have to pay 28 percent, or are we talking about casinos here?
Netherlands is 29% tax for all winnings over about €450, You have to declare it yourself. If you don't you'll be fined and have to pay intrest over the amount not declared.

I don´t think they will care as long as you don´t cash it out. Casinos are illegal in Norway. Live poker with real money is also illegal.
Is it possible that you could go to jail if you don't declare your winnings and don't pay the taxes?
In the US your winning sessions are taxed. If you can qualify as a professional then you can deduct your losing sessions.
in estonia you dont have to pay taxes if you play at a poker room that has an official licence in estonia. for others, im not sure.
