Which one do you think was hotter back in the day? Cuz it's stuck in my mind that the majority of people used to think the blond one is hotter, however, now that I watch this vid I much rather take a chance on the red-haired one _biggrin: _biggrin: _biggrin: Watcha think?

Advise to all of who may read and thought of subscribing:
Do not, i repeat, do not watch these videos they are really horrible.
Not sure about some of the older content but newer videos that i saw are plain and simple catastrophic!

Ahahah! That lover boy Akos is nothing but trouble! We all have to sleep with our backs against the wall for.... well, obvious reasons! And you know this dutch guy-demonic22x... He even left the window open one night and it was freaking minus 10ish outside! Obvious reasons again- you know how cold reflects on your little buddy! 3 weeks later he is still coughing! He said he'll never regret it though. Double insurance ftw.

Anyway, that made me think though- how exactly is that a relief to you? I mean... you have something cooking for Akos? Cuz if that's the case, hey, man, go ahead and good luck! Love knows no borders! Which kinda makes me rethink whether I should call you for a beer this monday when I am heading to Sofia... _biggrin:

Fuck you, even after 10 days of antibiotics it's still not gone.

I was going to apologize for going offtopic in someone else his thread, but then I realized "Oh it's just Gero's blog"

You probably right. I should give up on this body building chit and switch to boxing instead. Muscles mean nothin if you aint using em right. I think I am starting in May. Only that I should pick from kickboxing, boxing or some other martial art. I hope I do it for real, because this has been a wish of mine for quite some time already.

I think your looking at it totally the wrong way. Sports and strength go in sync. Every athlete in boxing/MMA or whatever go through a vigorous strength and conditioning camp before each fight for a reason.,Look at any top fighter in the world and best believe their packing on muscle. Giving up one for the other is totally the wrong idea imo. And as for the "I Hope" you just got to go out and do it man. :f_grin:

No, I know all that Most of the boxing clubs have gyms too. But I can't combine them without giving up on something. F.e. I go to the gym 4 times a week now. From April on, I will do it 5 times a week as I will include running a few kms into my schedule. It's pretty exhausting already. I know martial art will include physical exercise and that is totally fine with me. As for "I hope" part, it's all about time, man. I have many plans going in my mind, I don't even know whether I will be in Bulgaria after 2 months, lol. We will see how it goes.

@ Gavron, I have that colleague of mine at the uni, he used to train muay thai. That guy was sick! All the stories he told me about this sport, haha! Every other day he was coming to classes with a black eye or a bruise. TBH though, I think ladies liked it.

@ Kurrkabin - I trained for half a year before injury stopped me for a while - it is the nuts. Very very effective and entertaining! I also went boxing but honestly I liked muay thai much better. But the guy who was training us was ex european kickboxing champ and after that went to Thailand to learn muay thai, so he knew his business.

I don't want to post graph it makes me sick looking at it.

Time for first monthly recap.
It was really busy month but after 2 days of rest i'm ready for new endeavors.

Here comes combined graph no red line because it's not accurate with 4max st don's (it shows more ev than it should) i am running below ev but not by much and not really important (will elaborate later)
*This graph does not take into account High pulse poker which is not supported by Holdem manager

:diamond: Tournaments played 6.173
:diamond: Hours played 201,8
:diamond: Total profit pre rb + bonuses + races -$388,02
:diamond: Total profit +$4.725

*tournaments and hours played does not include HP poker, it's only about 20 mtt's and some Nl25 hudless cash
*Profits include HP poker

Breakdown by sites and formats:

WPT poker

HU sng's

  • No played 253
  • Roi -3,8%
  • Profit pre rb -$139,7
  • Hours played 19,1

10-man speed SNG's

  • No played 579
  • Roi +2,6%
  • Profit pre rb +$165,75
  • Hours played 57,7

6-max supeturbos

  • No played 777
  • Roi -0,9%
  • Profit pre rb -$81
  • Hours played 42,4

Ipoker

6-max superturbos

  • No played 1.031
  • Roi -2,7%
  • Profit pre rb -$313
  • Hours played 58,4

4-max st don's

  • No played 3.473
  • Roi -1,8%
  • Profit pre rb -$1.132
  • Hours played 108

This 1,5k minus pre rb are games played from 29th to 31st vast majority of them 4-max ST Don's to rake max amount because of races.
And i hate them, not only because they made all my minus, but in the first place because it's like working on a factory line - mindless clicking without any perspective or chance to learn something and improve.
Moreover i have evidence for 2 cheaters which i will report to Ipoker and some of them are also suspicious (their nicks and explanation in next post)

- Given the circumstances which forced me to change my game plan several times in the month, i'm very satisfied with the volume and final outcome in terms of profit
- In terms of improvement and future value month i'm extremely unsatisfied.
(more to come about last month and plans for this one in coming posts.)

***Note to younger players which struglle with volume and constantly talking about how tired they are and how they need to rest, recharge batteiries etc.

This 200 hours that i played including all downswing, cheaters, shade legall situation and uncertain future of poker (which i, however, believe is very bright and real boom is yet to happen) are walk in the park in compare to corporate/finance world i worked in 8 years including managerial positions.

I remember that first three years i couldn't go to vacation not a single day, when i finally e"earned" some free time my bosses made finish all outstanding cases for central credit committee to review before i go.
That lead to me working 3 days without sleeping literally not a single hour.
major promotion and raise followed but those made my job even harder and these situations in some cases even more extreme (i fell asleep two times while driving from seminars/meetings/brain stormings/trainings)

Ofcourse you can go with line of less resistance and be happy with some litlle above avg sallary and no real promotion perspective, which can be much less difficult, but since you chose to be poker players, which by nature is extremely competitive and ambition driven profession, i guess you wouldn' t settle for less than full package.

So stop whining increase volume, training, endurance, mental strength and be happy that you have opportunity to do this job!

200 hours what a sicko :f_love: Nice work man Definitely agree with what you said about doing poker full time.Beats most 9 to 5 jobs out there.Toughest part though is having the discipline to push yourself to work in poker sometimes as you work for yourself etc
