Hey sandymanufan,

I'd suggest you email PokerStars Support about this using the Email Address linked to your account as you have done.

support@pokerstars.com

They may be able to lock your account for you and help you further on your issue afterwords.

Keep us updated!

I had the same problem. It seems to happen because of the software update. The support was logging me out after describing the problem and I did'nt have any problems since then.

Actually they had an unplanned server restart, hence quite a few people got into this kind of situation (including me). They fixed it, but not until I was blinded down to just 2.5 BB in sunday storm (~45-50mins).

Glad everything has been resolved !

Is it possible for you to tell us what was up? Just encase some others users have a similar issue :]

Yea ofc, I forget to post this there, but here it comes;

"Please be advised that the reason why you are experiencing these issues is due to the fact that yesterday we were experiencing some technical issues, which resulted in several accounts being left with what could be called a "hanging login".

They reseted my account and it works again. If some1 has the same type of problem I would suggest to send email to them. They will fix it.

But I will still change my password

Scammers lost a chance for lots of money :) I mean about the ones, who create Skype username smth like "PokerStars.support" and tells "Are you playing at this moment? We see some1 is playing with Your account, please provide your username and password for identity check" - when ppl would see that they actually cannot log in their accounts - many would start to panic :)

Luckily, scammers are not very clever
