This is way to long. I only do it for 3-4 minutes, but it takes practice to compose such curse mantra.

Wow cheers for phyzons vids when i searched i typed "hyper" and it came back blank and now i have something to refer to.

you have to realize it is gonna happen and you just move on and cannot dwell on it
