Thought I'd say since I haven't seen you on skype lately.
We arrived in Cebu a few hours ago after spending roughly two weeks in cagayan de oro, will meet up with Loue tomorrow regarding renting a house.
For now, it's just me and one other guy here, but two more will be joining us in a few days.
To bad is isn't working, is this the video where Daniel was talking about the FTP situation?

I'm reading transitioning from NLHE to PLO at the moment.
Sorry for not replying to the earlier comments guys. I basically didnt play poker for 3-4 months. Busy playing dota, exploring philippines, holiday to USA and Belgium. But now Im back to the grind :).
@Martijn: F* PLO books, just watch videos from Galfond or TT, infinitely better usage of time
@Bobo (lol, its actually a filipino swearing word): Im still in the Philippines but Im the only one of the starting crew to live in the house atm (Ivan lives somewhere close tho). All the rest went back to Europe although some of them are planning to come back. Life is still good here 
@Toby: She is still alive and well but not doing anything poker-related anymore afaik. All time goes to the family.
Will make an update here one of these days with some cool pics and stories from the last couple of months.

A brief update of what has happened so far:
Just before my parents left Philippines in January, we went to watch the annual Sinulog festival. For outsiders, it looks a bit like carnaval. People from all over the country come and demonstrate their province in form of a dance (mostly), accompanied with the necessary costums etc.
The event is HUGE. Almost 4 million people showed up, which makes it slightly bigger than carnaval in Rio de Janeiro. Nuff said imo :).
Through couchsurfing I found out that a good Belgian friend of mine was backpacking through Philippines. He messaged me to stay at our place for a couple of days and ofc I happily agreed. Together we went to Malapascua, which is an island just off the coast of North Cebu. It's mainly used as a diving spot by tourists. It is a really beautiful place though
Beginning of February a bunch of Swedes arrived in Cebu. They were gonna start yet another poker house here in the Phils :P. First weekend we went on a sailing yacht trip with them, which (despite the bad weather) was quite fun.

Next month we didnt rly travel at all. The Swedes turned out to be huge party animals. I think first 3 weeks, they partied like at least 65% of the days and I regularly joined them so it wasnt a productive period pokerwise.
End of March I went to Florida, USA. Mainly to visit my best friend from university who lives there now and was about to get married. Before fulfulling my duties as best man, me and another very good friend of mine went on a roadtrip across Florida and New Orleans.
Highlights:
Watched NBA game, Miami Vs Dallas
Our rental got improved to a Dodge Charger without additional charges, rungood one time! On our way to Key West here.

St Marks Wildlife Refugee
Blues bar in New Orleans, glad to find some good beer since a couple of months..
Then did some random stuff like going to theme parks, waterparks, Space center..
And ofc the wedding, wont post any pictures of this cause I wanna give them their privacy but here is one of me during the bests man speech
After USA I went back to Belgium for a while because my brother was gonna become a father. Uncle Jonas :f_o:, actually its Godfather Jonas, which suddenly makes it a lot more awesome :f_cool:. Generally I dont find newborn babies that pretty to look at. Maybe Im biased for this one but he is rly adorable.
After 3 weeks in my home country, I moved back to the Phils. A couple of days ago we went on a trip again to some falls and to swim with real whale sharks.
Well thats it for now, if you want more detailed reports youll have to ask me :f_p:. Id put a lot of pics in there because I dont like writing too much but yet these pics tell a story.
Anyways back to the grind ♠_evil: (poker content coming soon???)
Love the whale sharks! Saw them in Maldives and swam with them as well. Cool update! Shall await the poker content!

Im at Coron right now for a well deserved 
holiday. The place hear is just ridiculous. Maybe one of the most beautiful places of nature I have ever seen (and ive seen quite a few).
Unfortunately the internet is too bad to upload any pics. It took my 10 minutes to write and upload this post even :).
Anyways, going to Manila tomorrow to meet up with 3 poker pros and purplefizzy+family
