You´re ahead of his air, so you don´t need really to bet river, but if you want to fold out his marginal hands you can always bet river.
If you want to make move I think c/c flop to lead turn would rep Ax quite well and if he has air he would most likely fold.
If you´re c/r flop also Ax hands, you can go c/r, but being deep I think you would not really c/r anything less that TT or AT

and pre flop 4bet is not best?

Don't like the call oop pre tbh. And his stats is over how many hands? Its pretty hard to get a good grip of his 3b Bvb since you need a HUGE sample since its so specific.

Also you are deep oop it will make the hand pretty hard to play even if you flop top pair.

Preflop: Most likely I'd rather prefer to 4bet/Fold and take a look how he is adjusting rather than Call and play our hand OOP.

Postflop: I'd also rather prefer to donk the turn and represent a strong range and might even also bet the river or dependent on the opponent how often he is willing to go to showdown and etc. You ain't making any made hands to fold on the river with your bet and vs any other hand which folds you win with K high.
