Flop call should be close but its fine.I would put it like this...if you think he is a very good player(at least you think he is better than you) then folding should be best.Vs good player you cant really expect to make a lot OOP in such spot and your EV is borderline anyway.Also your outs are not superclear since CO has decent amount of Ax so threat of dominance is quite high.

If he is not that good(or you have some exploitable reads about him...like he checks too much on turn or he is too SDbound...which he may actually be) then call is certainly good option and reevaluate on the turn.

As played turncall is fine since you now picked more outs when behind and you still beat decent amount of doublebarreling hands.

River is tricky and is exactly the reason why you should avoid such marginal spots with better players. Without any reads Im certainly calling since you are getting decent price and he can be having KJ,KT,JT,...

The flopcall should be fine against an agressive player. We have showdownvalue and are 28% of the time ahead against a 30% range. The Turnplay is obviously ok.

On the River it is the Question if he is able to turn an Ace high into a bluff to get a pair to fold. Our Hand is face up, either we have a A high or a small pair.
If he is able to do it, we have to call. if not we should fold. On the other side we get 6:1 for a call. So the mistake of a wrong call couldn't be too big.

Well yes,thats pretty much what I wrote:)

Flopcall is not supereasy though since if calculate equity its around 38%( you wrote 28%, that is clearly too low for just raised pot). This for sure is not a bad fold when playing against good player but yes call and fold are about same in EV. You can expect double barrell on blanks here pretty much always and neither of your cards holds huge amount of implied odds anyway so Im pretty sure its a very marginal spot.
