Probably best to contact Support and hopefully they will issue refunds to those due them.

There is a problem and they try to resolve the issue guys, there isn't need to contact them as they are extremely busy try to give time and pray ♦
Stupid stars...all that money they earn and cant work out and find best servers possible so this cant happen ever...

So I can probably safely assume that these tourneys wont continue and that I will be refunded, if I leave my computer. Already wasted half hour...
Currently in a Turbo HU SnG that has now been running for nearly an hour 
Was 3/1 chipleader but now blind increases have fucked my edge up :/

Yep in good spots in couple sng & mtt sng so this pretty easily cost me couple hundred dollars already in chips value. Awesome...

This was big f***ing joke! So they just started tourneys again after 1 hour(!) freeze with blind levels that had increased couple times. Fortunately I heard time out warning sound from another room and didn't lose a hand and made some profit from the games in the end. Maybe quite close to what my chips $EV value was.
But if this is how pokerstars handle these situations I seriously consider moving to other site. Also this was second freeze in two weeks for me.
People should have seized the opportunity when the games were paused. Loaded up 12 games and not a reg in sight in a single one of them.Plenty of fish for dinner ♦
