Kinda. Your bb/100 is your winrate. Thus your total winnings over the number of hands (in units of 100) you've played.

For fixed limit, you'll use BB/100 - big bets you'll expect to win over 100 hands.

For no limit, you'll use bb/100 - big blinds (effectively small bet in fixed limit) you'll expect to win over 100 hands.

Note the BB vs. bb for FL and NL.

As an example, I play at NL2 (no limit $2 buyin where the big blind is 2 cents) with a winrate of around 10bb/100. Therefore I can expect to win 20 cents for every 100 hands I play and $1 for every 500.
