Yes, Ingrid, a happy ending. Thanks for your help.
I have the same problem at the moment, they said initially that it would happen within 96 hours. It has been 13 days now.
I sent an email and contacted the live support asking why the delay and how long til I see the money and all they said was "You will have your money within 48 hours of your winnings being validated, I hope this answers your question" I replied saying "Obviously that doesn't answer my question, you gave me no information at all." They responded by rewording their initial response.
It's absolutely disgusting that they can hold your money like this obviously for no purpose other than gathering a bit of extra interest.

Just request a little withdrawal so it will take age.
But i wont play until i get my withdrawal as I have 100$ stake and last time i withraw I was like 155$ withdraw 55% remaining 100$ before the withdrawal got a lot of suckout which make my BR to 45$ they return my money because I was below the stake.
So now will wait to get the money before playing.
I got my money yesterday, took 14 days via moneybookers. There was no indication as to why there was a delay other than that they had to "verify my winnings"
By means of this message, we wish to confirm that your withdrawal file has
been approved and sent to our payment agent for validation. As soon as your withdrawal request will be validated, you will receive an
e-mail of confirmation. We thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Victoria
I got this message so about how much time will have to wait XD?
This is the same as it is happening to me at the time.
Very frustrating experiance!!!
Wrote them a ton of emails got the same answers, explaining nothing, EVERY TIME.
My money !!is missing!! for the 5th day! Not pending!! i can see it in transaction history
tab as done (was pending first few days from cashout), but my money is somwhere that no one can tell me ( support).
I don't advise anybody to play there if not keen on waiting for cashout for 15+days.
I m sry to hear poker770 is hustling you...
I got a 700$ withdrawal within 96 hours...
Lucky me!!
I have the longest delay in withdrawal processing...
Actually I haven't received any money (about 1k$) since 22 April 2012.
Contacted Online support 3 times, every time they say the same words "bla, bla, bla, we will process it as soon as possible".
And Poker770 totally ignored offline support request. I have got only this auto-reply:
"Thank you for contacting the Poker770 Support Team!We have received your message and we assure you that one of our operators will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.Your e-mail to us has been assigned with the tracking number 263460. "
and no further messages...
I agree with all of you, guys. Never deposit any money to this poker room.
Is this site for real?
I recently received a $218 dollar transfer from a friend.
After that i won more than $1500 in a tournament.
Also about $130 on casino games.
I have requested a $1500 cashout trough moneybookers that is still pending.
Also some minor cashouts ($100 $25 60$) some after the $1500 one and leaving at least $220 in the cashier. These all got declined. Their justification is "...players who have used the 'player transfer' option on their Poker770 account, have to accumulate at least $1 rake for every $1 they wish to withdraw. "
What the hell is this? if a player has $100000 in his account and someone makes a $1 transfer to that player, he now has to pay $100001 in rake in order to withdraw all his money????
This makes no sense.
Has anyone else has this problem? I just hope the i get at least the $1500.

Hi there,
This is a standard procedure among Poker Rooms when it comes to peer to peer money transfers. Not all Poker sites do it but most of them do.
In your case you have received $218 from a friend, this means you must generate $218 in rake to withdraw that amount.

This makes no sense.
If I'm reading this right in this case the player would have to rake $1 and not $100001 as mentioned in your example. If he only transfer $1 he only has to generate a $
Hope this helps,
Gary

this is truely scandalous
i guess it's set up that to cash out after transfers you have to risk your money so that 770 get their % worth
i have never had such a problem with stars
this totally takes away any options for stakers and horses
christ it's hard enough as it is to turn a profit nowdays at online poker
seems 770 want their cake and eat it too
example
Backer Sends me say £500 over a 4 week period to be his horse
after the 4 weeks play i show $100 profit
after transfering back to the backer i have no chance to withdraw my winnings until i rake $500
so 770 has received my rake by me playing with the initial 500
but thats not good enough for them, they now want an additional 500 from me and my backer
GREED
is there anyone out there who can justify this?
The thing is I always left more than the transfer money ($218) in the cashier. I didnt try to withdraw that money, only the profit above that.
Imagine I want to withdraw $20. I have to generate $218 in rake before I can do that, in spite of having more than $1800 in my cashier?
This is not fair!
In addition to my last post here: I received my money on 14 May 2012, so the entire withdrawal process had taken 22 days.
IMO a really sucky site, bad customer support and really really long cashout times.
It took them 9 days to cashout to moneybookers, while on other 2 sites i recently withdrew from to MB from it took 6hours and 1 day.
Complete joke of a site.
Hello. My $1500 are now in "limbo" (not in pending withdrawals, nor in the cashier). I hope this is a good sign. The smaller cashouts that I tried were never in this state, they just got declined.
Fingers crossed ![]()
Don't forget to contact their support if you have any problems.
Best regards,
Gary
It has been 10 days and several emails since I requested the $1500 withdrawal... Still nothing but vague answers saying that a bunch of verifications are being made by their payment agent...
I'm really tired of waiting!
How much longer will it take? One thing is for sure... I will NEVER play in this crappy site again!

Hi again v4lente,
From seeing similar threads in the past this is common at Poker770. I'm sure once all the payment steps have been fulfilled that your money will be available as soon as possible.
Hang on in there ![]()

Probably not even worth asking but... I was too busy to play much this week so they aborted me..... I assume there is no way to undo this right?
