If you assume his being a maniac and just spewing away money, have seen him shipping with worse then why not. Without any information I'd just flat and play it postflop.

Well, 3bet/Folding vs such a guy wouldn't make sense either but folding is too weak. ♦ So while not having that many guys behind us I'd even consider doing that.
