I don't think so. You are so deep you can wait for a better spot (and even if I hit something like a backflush draw, inside straight draw, etc., I wouldn't be very keen in playing him as he has so little chips)

Curious to those in the folding camp (it looks like a fold from first glance also):

Assume in these examples we have no backdoor flushdraw. Villain shoves for the same in each situation. Would you fold on:

1. QT2 rainbow?
2. Q42 rainbow?
3. 765 2 suited?
4. 765 rainbow?
5. 332 rainbow?

Will leave this thread open for a while.

I am not defending these choices at all. I am just very interested in learning, so I am not sure at all what to do here. I am always thinking we are vs. a small stack, same situation as before.

I didn't think too much when answering the situations above, as I want to test what I am doing in reality when I need to act quickly. After answering, I am thinking why I made those choices, and making use of the equilab.
I will post my 'after click' analysis for the first two (I don't have too much time at the moment), will post the others another time (or wait and see what other people say about the rest)

- Pot odds offered on flop are 1.7 to 1.
- On the flop, I am putting him on a range: 22-TT, A2-AJ, K7s+,Q9s+,J9s+,JTo,KTo+, QTo+ (I would think he would raise with AQ+,JJ+. I am still leaving some room there, as he would probably open with TT/AJ too)

For 1 and 2: I think he might push with most of his preflop calling range here.

1. QT2 rainbow: I wouldn't fold as he can easily have any Ax in his range, and in my experience on this board a short stack push is many times a bluff. Using equilab, I take away from his pushing range K7s and K8s. I get a 55.2% equity on this flop. With the odds I am getting that means a call. I would think that the times he limps/calls with AA,KK,etc. would make for the times he is bluffing so kinda averages...?

2. Q42 rainbow: Here I thought a little more, for some reason having two low cards together with the Q makes this a not so easy flop for me? I think it might be because I am slightly more worried about pocket pairs, as he would be pushing with less bluffs (only Q to be worried about from his point of view). Not sure. Testing in equilab, it does give about same odds for us (55.1%).

Well personally I'm very stationy on these boards! My personal answers to my questions:

1. No, we have a gutshot to the nuts. Even if he has a pair here very often our equity is great!
2. No, our equity against random cards that take a stop and go line is too good, call! Hope he has ace high against we have almost 90% equity!
3. Yes, getting it in against a range of draws + made hands isn't great here.
4. No, I expect our opponent to have lots of 2 broadway combinations in his preflop flat range. As a result on this board it bricks both of us, so we're ahead very often!
5. No, because we have the nuts :).
