I think you should have valuebet the river : any Kx hand would bet the turn, any flush would surely bet on the turn/river for some value. And Ah x would most likely also bet the river and it went check check on the turn.
I'm thinking villian has something like 55-77, 9 10 or even the same has as hero(Q 10)

Seems to be fine, not much value by betting, only point of betting there would be turning our hand into bluff to make better 2pairs to fold.
