$25.00 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players -

MP: $24.33
CO: $30.49
BTN: $25.90
SB: $26.09
Hero (BB): $24.51
UTG: $5.37

Pre Flop: ($0.37) Hero is BB with J :club: A :club:
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.75, 1 fold, Hero raises to $2.50, BTN calls $1.75

Flop: ($5.12) 4 :diamond: 7 :club: 2 :spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $3.00, BTN calls $3

Turn: ($11.12) K :spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $5.50,

BTN

Preflop I was considering just flatting with AJs, but it could be hard to play on many boards oop, without initiations, so I decided to turn it into a (semi)bluff and 3bet, and if this villain 4bets me, I have a clear fold.
On the flop I decided to cbet, it could fold out some Ax hands and some SCs (KQs/QJs/JTs etc.), but he will surely call with just about any PPs, so I was planning to barrel many turn (broadways, or any club) to make him fold middle PPs.
What do you think?

I agree with the 3b preflop. The cbet on this board is correct only if you plan to 2nd barrel many turns (which you did) and the K is a very good card. If he calls again he could have set or some Kx, or even stubborn 88-TT, he'll fold those on a 3rd barrel but it's up to you to decide his range and if it's correct a 3rd barrel.

Hello pcfmcc02,

I like your play here and also the sizing is good, should get us enough of fold equity with the scare card. Nice hand!

Best Regards.
