Weird small 3bet out of position but after his 3/4pot cbet on the flop K52 I gues you have no reason to stay in this hand so fold is probably the best option to do overhere.

Doubt that you can do much there, different play would be just to 4bet yourself preflop. I'd assume his range is stronger here so I'd just take the odds.
