NL£2; shoving this Riv for value?

Preflop: You ain't far-far ahead with your A high here unless he has a wide stealing range. So what's the reason for calling here?

Postflop: His Bet on the river is pretty strong so I would be kind of scared there and not that many worse 2pairs in his range. Therefore might be even safer to just Call. Would assume that the guy would be betting for thin value a bit smaller with just Ax and nor we can't be sure if he even calls us with just Ax.

Good point. Vs. a tightish opponent that opens 20-30% in the SB, how wide are we flatting?

Vs. loose opponents (opening 50%+) that we don't want to 3bet for some reason (for instance we have done so the past 2 times), how wide are we flatting? Anything playable? Hands that make good top pairs?

I realise this is going to be heavily opponent-dependent, but some guidelines would be nice.

Try to open equilab and then put the opponent on 20-30% range. Which most likely will show your equity being behind, therefore the profit must come postflop and overplaying the opponent.

Hard to say exact range without knowing the opponent nor stats, nor our image. Depends a lot on many factors.
