I probably could find some better examples, but I really don't have time for that, just picked some of random marked hands in my HEM. I'm not sure why are You asking for this, because people are trying to decrease their variance for the most part ...
Sick challenge and nice blog!
I have a question, whats the game like at NL200? You run into many fish or are you just playing the same people like 99% of the time?
Mostly we're 5 regs and 1 unknown @ table. I usually avoid playing with 5 other regs, but sometimes it's impossible to find other tables.
Fu*&ing boring day ![]()
Played 12k hands as every day, but nothing happened at all. Can remember only 1 hand which was a little bit interesting, others just super std. When I closed up my tables today also run into AA with KK. That sucks. Anyways, I won't be able to play 12k tomorrow because going to Stockholm, but I will play some and post graph for this week. Today running a little bit below EV, but can't complain because of previous days ![]()

Taking a boat. It's a long trip, but they sell beer, so it doesn't matter ♠_biggrin:
Week 2
Today played barely 4k hands, can't play anymore, feel like I could fall asleep every moment. At least today had my biggest pot @nl200, I will post the hand below. This week was better than previous one, I hope for same run in future
Now going to Stockholm soon, so see u next week.
Graph of a week :

Dunno why villain slowplayed so much, especially on the flop. He had AA.
What's the point of slowplaying, to lose so big pots? ♦
I don't get it even at NL200 there's players who slowplay AA on wet board. ![]()
@getdotacom you are so aggresive 5bet OOP KTs holy shitballs, is that profitable?
You clearly don't understand the hand and Villains motivation to play like this. He actually played that pretty well. One could certainly argue in favour of betting the flop but saying he should bet bc the board is so wet is just ![]()
the board might be wet in absolute terms but given that hero's 5betting range is much narrower than f.e. his callingrange there is no reason whatsoever to expect too many flushdraw combos (just count them yourself) in Heros range.
Hero 5bets something like KK+ for value and apparently a ton of bluffs (you have a frequency leak when you 5bet KTs). So far hero's the one getting owned. given that he blocks so many TPs and stacks KK anyway i don't see a reason to bet the flop either. Checking is pretty consistent with the preflop play fwiw, why would he flat preflop to keep Heros bluffs in the hand just to bet them out on the flop.
just for the record: i'm not villain nor do i know him.

I was just asking. Makes sense to me

Sounds legit, but what about the preflop game?
Shouldn't villian shove/raise to get it in PF ASAP?
I mean there was an UTG open, al cal and a squeeze, a raise and an BB re-raise, If i were villian I raised for max value against KK
Obv KK isn't getting in 370bb vs UTG, so utg should maximize his value against the bluffs instead

And THAT is a leak. You try to max your value against particular hands instead of maxing your value against your opponents range. As you can see Hero has a lot more in his 5bettingrange than KK. I would even assume that he's probably not even 5betting KK for value with the given stacks and given that it's Zoom we're talking about (probably the nittiest 6max game i have EVER played) so essentially from Villains POV he doesn't generate any additional value with a 6bet/shove (it's plus EV but not maxEV: bluffs fold, only AA calls). A shove to Heros 5bet would be awful fwiw, the risk/reward is just ridic and there is simply no way that he could ever be bluffing. I hope i don't need to explain why this is terrible from a game-theoretical point of view.
he has two options: 6betting and flatting. Since he does block many Ax (-> thus possible hands that could 7bet as a bluff - lol) flatting seems like the better option both for the actual hand as well as for his overall range.
