Folding is never an option here obviously, and limping doesn't make much sense as far as I'm concerned. So I guess we're left with either raising X amount or pushing all in.
Pushing straight away isn't wrong here I think, and might be the best move. However I'd be more inclined to raise to 225 or 250 here with the intention of calling if they do shove. The reason for this is that 14 bb is still not that short that I'd be shoving hands like QJ since every time you're called you're flipping at the very best, and folding such hands would be relatively weak as it is 5 handed and the others seem to be fairly tight. At $1,50 SNGs you can probably raise your weak hands as a steal and shove your monsters and people wouldn't even notice what you're doing, but I like to balance things out by playing the same way with my whole range.
The added benefit is that weaker aces might shove and you will happily call, where as they might not call your all in; ATo+ probably will call your all in as well, but A7s+ might 3 bet shove your raise but fold to your shove.
The only downside is that you might get called preflop. The blinds do seem fairly passive, so you might get into a situation of having the blinds call your raise and you missing the flop, but you still have 11,5 bbs left in your stack even if you're forced to fold post flop. If you cbet 300 into the pot of 550 and villain shoves all in, you can still fold with an 8,5 bb stack. This seems to happen very rarely though.
Of course I'm not a coach or anything so just take my opinion as it is, not as the bestadvice or how you should play. It's just the way I like to play, and it seems to be relatively effective at the low stakes.
