Heyo everyone,
Not many stats on the guy and no history that I can remember. I don't even have him marked as a reg so very likely all the 100 hands came during the last 2 days or so. I think until the river it's pretty straight forward. Even my river vbet seems OK, can it be too thin?
When he raises I just went through the hands that make sense for him.. aaaand.. A9 (maybe he 3bets some of those, suited ones anyway) plus the very optimistic 89s, K9s floats that got there. Basically, Apart from A9 I can't think of a value raise.
My first instict was 'This guy is so full of it and any value raise he makes now can't stand a 3bet from me because I have all sets, 2 pairs, can barrel T7s, etc., while he reps some optimistic 2 pairs, maybe slowplayed low sets, never the nuts'. Eventually I decided he is probably air heavy enough that I can call and not 3bet to make him fold some 2pair because it's BvB, people don't like folding in that spot. Any thoughts?
