Strange layout with Win7 64

I sometimes have this problem.
Usually I just click reload until it's normal

Unfortunately I've tried this and it doesn't seem to help improve the situation. It just refreshes to the same layout again.

I noticed that happening on a bad internet connection. It has nothing to do with win 7 x64.

I've just tried accessing the site using 3G on my iPhone and the page loads correctly so it could be a connection issue but why would it only happen with this one site though?

Usually this is caused by slow internet, 3rd party software firewall (like comodo, outpost,emisoft online armor) or other security program like norton or kaspersky antivirus/internet security or missing system fonts, not updated operating system

Well I just tried accessing the site via my wireless connection on my iLhone and the site is working properly so I can rule out a slow connection.

So that means it has to be a setting in a conflicting software program. I am using Virgin Media AV and Windows Firewall software. Is there a particular setting that I need to change?

I've had this happen me a few times in the past but it normally goes away once I refresh the page

No problem Steve, have you tried clearing the cache on your browser of choice?

I'm using Chrome personally and I have to do this every couple of months to keep it moving at a nice quick speed

I've not tried that recently Gary, so I'll give it a try when I get back from work tonight.

Hey Ingrid, yeah I'm still having problems. I've tried everything mentioned as well as a few other things but all to no avail.

I have run out of ideas now. I'm wondering whether just to re-install Win7 and see if that helps ??

I think maybe re-installing an older version would help? But maybe reinstalling your current version will do the trick too, let me know how it goes! I hope interweb monsters will let you off the hook soon! ♦

Cheers Ingrid :-). The only other version I have is windows xp so if reinstalling win7 doesn't work I can try installing xp.
