Also you can try to run system file checker from CMD sfc /scannow. It solves many windows problems if some system file is damaged or missed (often in your case is missing system fonts or some other system file)> If you have legal copy of windows you should search for solution here i think http://support.microsoft.com/
It looks like that whatever problem existed which prevented the page from loading correctly seems to have fixes itself as it is now loading correctly again.
Many thanks for everyones help and input and fingers crossed it will continue to load correctly.
