I would bet a little more on flop(at least 2/3) because then it's easier to push turn, otherwise NH for me.

yes, you are correct, usually i am playing NL100 with SSS and stack as to be played with SSS, but sometimes i am playing (when there is a lot of fishes arround P/F > 40% and high AV.POT) on NL50 with double stack and playing some mix of SSS and BSS...;)..doesnt influent on my BRM actually

I used to buy in for 100bbs if there were pathetic donks and it had never turned out to be a bad idea. So if you have some postflop abilities you should go for it.

yep, you are correct, that is why i am studying BSS and postflop play a lot and also played some 1k hands on NL50 with BSS full stack and also today 1post in BSS section :)

He could have 77, 88, 99, 55, A6 maybe, overcards or higher overpairs (previous action doesn't indicate it)
if there is a high chance that he will float with overcards, then it makes sense to c/r, since there are very few draws possible out of his range.

otherwise, pushing is cool
