Lol'd.

Hard to believe when Live Chat as well as the Dutch callcenter says they flat out don't care for 3 weeks straight.

I do understand that mistakes are made, of course, but anyone with common courtesy (and especially a company dealing with its clients) should have the decency to admit and correct the mistakes. The people over at Unibet have a slightly different approach though, in my case they started with threatening to close my account, then they didn't admit to their mistakes (even saying three times that I can log in and play while it doesn't work, and then suggesting it's my fault), didn't correct them (like I wouldn't be able to get extra days to clear my bonus) and didn't even seem to put any effort into fixing my account whatsoever.
I did everything according to the rules, I followed Unibet support's guidelines to delete my old account before making a new one, I did everything by the book, I gave them all the info they wanted, needed or would ever be able to use, I did it with a smile and a thank you, and they can't even do it within two weeks, every day telling me "Soon ™".

And to add insult to injury they have sent me several e-mails that went like this:

We know you chose not to receive e-mails from us, but are you sure you don't want us to keep you updated about all the promotions and bonuses that you can get while playing at Unibet?

Compare that to not having internet for three weeks due to a series of mistakes from your ISP. Then you get a call from him to inform you about service promotions, even though you chose not to get calls.

Hello, I have some question about the security policy of Unibet. There is my situation, I'm french and at this moment I live in England until the end of december and I can't give any information to prove that I lived in England like bill or rent ( but i can prove that I'm doing an internship in England). I told that to the customer support of Unibet and they answered that they undertood my situation and it is possible for me to deposit.

Now that I have seen this thread I would like to be sure that I will not have problem to cash out( because i don't want to waste the few time that I have to play in a room in .com)

Regards,

Kevin

I wanted to deposit here for the rakeback, anyone any info on that?Does everyone gets their 30% every monday?... i`m currently playing nl10 looking forward to go to nl25; playing 6max @1k hands/day. Can someone get me an estimate of how much money could i release from my first deposit bonus playing at this rate?Btw how much time is there to clear the first deposit bonus? Thx

Hi cozacu,

Rakeback is paid every Monday or alternatively you can exchange it yourself at any point during the week. For every 33 cashable points you earn it equals $1. Say for example you earn 330 cashable points you will earn $10 rakeback. If you choose not to exchange that during the week, Unibet automatically do so on Monday and $10 will be added to your poker balance.

I'll check back with you regarding the second question.

The first deposit bonus must be cleared within 60 days.

Hope this helps,
Gary

Hey,

You have 60 days to clear the FDB. So lets say you absolutely love the game and play every day for the 60 days. Thus making 60k hands. This gives you around €642 of rake. The FDB clears at 20% rakeback so you will get around €130.

This will obviously increase slightly if you move up to 20nl

Let me know if you have any other questions

Callum

Hi cozacu!

I haven't had problems with unibet yet.

I don't see why you would transfer your whole roll? The FDB is a fixed FDB, so no matter how big the amount is that you deposit you'll also get the 1K FDB!

Best of luck on the tables!

I`m moving from $ to euros, so i would need my whole roll to play comfortable at the limit that i want to play because i`m using a more conservative BRM.

Are there many players at 10NL-20NL 6max from 12:00-18:00 ? fishy?

Hi cozacu, RasTweet plays there so that's one at least! :f_biggrin:

At the moment I see around 25 nl10 and 35 nl20 6 max. Most are anonymous tables.

Hope that's useful for you.

Mal.

thx, but what do you mean by "most" are anonymous. More than 50% of tables?... can i use HM 1 for the rest of them?

Hello cozacu,

Yes more than that, I would say it's nearer 75% that are anonymous.

HM2 works fine on all tables, it's just that some stats are less relevant because of the smaller hand sample producing, consequently, a slower convergence.

Mal.

With the anon tables I dont think you even need stats.

You only need it so you can quickly see where the fish are. The anon tables were lolsoft when I played

Yeah i was gunna move to unibet, will take the advice to get my account verified before i deposit.

Also didnt realise you got the FDB as soon as your register guess mine is wasted as i wont be playing there for abit, however, its so hard to clear anyway as they only do the $1000 bonus in $100 blocks which need $700 rake to clear each one, so $350 a month to clear the first $100, i dont rake anywhere near that playing NL16 MSS

Alex :)

Yes you can.

If you're going to play on anon tables though you have to manually change the HUD to "session HUD". This can be done by double clicking on the HUD.

Best of luck on the tables!
