Lol'd.
Hard to believe when Live Chat as well as the Dutch callcenter says they flat out don't care for 3 weeks straight.
I do understand that mistakes are made, of course, but anyone with common courtesy (and especially a company dealing with its clients) should have the decency to admit and correct the mistakes. The people over at Unibet have a slightly different approach though, in my case they started with threatening to close my account, then they didn't admit to their mistakes (even saying three times that I can log in and play while it doesn't work, and then suggesting it's my fault), didn't correct them (like I wouldn't be able to get extra days to clear my bonus) and didn't even seem to put any effort into fixing my account whatsoever.
I did everything according to the rules, I followed Unibet support's guidelines to delete my old account before making a new one, I did everything by the book, I gave them all the info they wanted, needed or would ever be able to use, I did it with a smile and a thank you, and they can't even do it within two weeks, every day telling me "Soon ™".
And to add insult to injury they have sent me several e-mails that went like this:
We know you chose not to receive e-mails from us, but are you sure you don't want us to keep you updated about all the promotions and bonuses that you can get while playing at Unibet?
Compare that to not having internet for three weeks due to a series of mistakes from your ISP. Then you get a call from him to inform you about service promotions, even though you chose not to get calls.
