When i come home at 17:00 I will change my clothes and go for a run, try to do at least 5KM today.

After that i will cook a nice meal whit a healty salad and 19:30 there is a coaching from Steambull, which i will follow.

When there is some time left i start a session of 12 tables.

Yesterday i played sessions whit 25 tables, but I saw, i dont play my best when i play that much tables, i missed some spots etc... so not optimal

Í watched 3 videos, icm from donbartos and ICM from unam.

I start to understand that icm thing......

Tomorrow in the afternoon i'm gonna watch it again.

Does somebody have some tips to improve my icm skills, final table skills?
