How do you guys react to 4-Bets from:

A) NIT
B) TAG
C) Fish
D) Loose

When i'm holding QQ, Im happy to 3Bet however if facing a 4 bet i tend to hit the fold button, I just think most players are not 4betting without KK/AA. Any advice ?

You should only 3bet QQ with the intention of folding to a 4bet if you know he is likely to call the 3bet with a lot of hands. Otherwise you are just throwing away money.

QQ is not an automatic 3bet, only 3bet it if you think it actually achieves anything vs your opponent. Facing an open raise from a nit for instance it achieves absolutely nothing, he folds all worse hands and raises all better hands.

Lots and lots of factors to consider.
Just to name a few:
1) Stack size
2) Your image
3) Their image
4) Their playing style
5) position
6) dynamic
7) future considerations
8) physical reads (live poker)

We also should consider whether we should be 3betting in the first place.
It is ok to 3bet/fold to a 4bet vs some players if:
1) they are calling with many worse hands but only 4betting better
2) We will get into a very multiway pot if we dont 3bet

Flatting with QQ is also good sometimes, for example:
Nl100 FR online game, agro reg opens UTG and we have a TAG image in the CO 100 bb effective stacks. This is a simple flat IP and play a pot IP with an underrepresented hand.

I used to always 3bet/4bet and get it in with my QQ when I first started playing 6max. Jan217 has it right
