Holla JacierAlertbo,
Que tal estas amigo?
I am now actually playing mid-high stakes rather than zoom, but sure, I think ANYBODY can get to at least 200nl if they spend upto one year studying and dedicating themsevles. The main thing is concentration, you reallllly need to have a very good A game and be able to sit out/stop if you drop to a C game.
Spoiler 1//
BTW vs UTG as nitty stake such as nl50 we should maybe flat call AK ooo here as people will unlikely defend worse when we've shown such enormous strength here and will not be inclined to 4b/call a wide value range but the mistake I've seen them do is opening TOO MANY Ax hands meaning if we flat we heavily dominate his value range. Anyway he called so lets go to a flop.
On the flop I would suggest sometimes c/calling 3 streets to get value from their small pocket pairs that they may running a 3 barrel bluff, also it allows us to pot control.
As played OTT I think we can probably c/f. What hand does he bet for value that we beat? And what hands does he have that he bluffs? When he calls flop I think he has 55/AQ/AK/AA/QQ/ and some diamond draws, vs this callign range on the turn we have a pretty easy c/f. I don't see him calling a hand like KQ on the turn if we double barrel as its a pretty scary turn card and he cannot have Kd as he folds the offsuit KQ to a 3bet and the Qd blocker is there.
Spoiler 2//
Pre flop we are getting a really really good price to just call here, our hand is suited and plays pretty well, I'd just call here, having to 3bet fold kinda sucks and I don't want to get it in, it can look like a squeeze so he may 4bet very light.
I'd need to know most about his post flop stats to really help here, if we say he 3bets AA/AK/KK pre flop and with out ace blocker its really hard for him to have a value hand, when people rep very thin here, I usually like to call and then make a note. However to make this profitable you need to practice and get used to exploiting people.
What does this mean? Study 5 guys on your holdem manager, look at their complete stats then give them a random note that is semi common, now post 3 of them in the thread telling me exactly how you will exploit each of them?
Thanks
Patrick
Hi Pleno1,
I'm using PokerTracker3 to review hands and track my results and stats but that's about it.
Would like to make a better use of this great tool but not sure where to start...
Any advice about what reports to run, looking for leaks, looking for weakness in villain's stats etc...?
What would be a good PT3 'routine'?

HUDI think it is SUPER important to have a good HUD. In the past the main problem was that people didn't know how to use one properly, now the main problem is people try to use it TOO much and put TOO much information on their HUD.
You need to have a HUD that is very easy for you to use and set out correctly, having too many stats does not make sense. It also differs depending on how many tables you play etc.
Here is the HUD that I use at the moment, which I really really like.
Name
Total Hands- - - - - - - - -
Tot 3bet
Fold to 3bet
Squeeze- - - - - - - - -
Flop Cbet
Fold to flop Cbet- - - - - - -
EP PFR
MP PFR
CO PFR
BTN PFR
SB PFR- - - - - - -
Tot vpip
Tot pfr- - - - - - - -
Btn steal
Fold to btn stealI then have all my stats coloured perfectly. The lighter the colours the more passive the guy is, the more red the colour the more good/aggro he us and the more purple he is the more of an absolute maniac he is.
what about adding more postflop stats?? or is a clear HUD with not too many stats better??
HUD voor NL SH :
Line 1: name, hands, winrate
Line 2: EP PFR, MP PFR, CO PFR, BTN PFR, SB PFR
Line 3: VPIP TOT, PFR TOT, Steal%, 3bet%, Foldto3b%, 4bet%, Foldto4b%
Line 4: Aggression Freq, Cbet%, Turn Cbet%, Fold to CBet%, Fold to turn Cbet%
Line 5: Raise CBet, Fold to Raise Cbet%, fold to river cbet%, WTSD%
Will release a video of NL10 zoom/NL10 on Microgaming next week as the weekly freebie.
@Roger
I just kept my old hud and add turn cb/fold to turn cb and helped me alot more to plan future extraction etc.
Also think about doing a live coahibg next week if anybody is interested?
What night suits best?

Am I butchering deep play or not !?
[NL10 SH Zoom] MonsterDraw 200bb
Hi master!
I was looking for some regulars with enough hands (I used to play a lot)
The villain is a Tag who play 15-20% of zoom fr and the rest zoom sh
he has a low cb flop but he play ch/c some flop with strong hands (AcQc Qh7c6c, made hands, etc) and x/r with strong draws and sets some times
he fold a lot to the cb imo, so I think vs him range we must cb a higher %
he steal a lot so we can 3b him and then he fold enought to the cb in 3b pots so I can put Ev+ preasure with a 3b and a cb, specialy sb vs bu or co vs bu
Do you find another leak? If I was the villain what do you recomend (zoom nl50-100, I play very similar)?
Ty
P.D:
for the coach
Hello
Hero opens 3bb from UTG with QQ, BB jams 100bb.
Stats 23/10/4% 3bet
What's the worst hand you call here? If I give him QQ+/AK I have to fold here since I'm getting like 48% with only 40% equity. Should I discount KK and AA?
Hey you two,
Currently grinding tournaments as its Sunday, hopefully I don't lose too much money and I can adress both questions in detail either later or tomorrow.
Much love
Patrick
In for live coaching.
Would love some day from Monday - Thursday at evening time, like 20 or 21h.
Ty ♦
It's likely that I will take 6 weeks off poker now to relax and spend time with family and playing football, but it's equally possible that I am just really tilted and will be grinding soon. Definitely feel like taking rest of sept off though.
Still will coach and do videos and stuff, I think I lost some love because of MTTs even though I bonked 50k they are just so soul crushing and a massive mental emotional rollercoaster.
Unsure if I'm going to grind on ongame or microgaming moving forward.

Hey I wouldn't really expect anybody to do this. I'd expect to see it as a misclicked 70% of time, qq+\ak 20% ott tilt butting mashing 10% of the time and ak by itself 5 % of the time.
I never fold in these kinda spots but feel dumb when they have aa. It's only a bi though
Hehe, pleno having fun @NL10 zoom?
Saw you saying hi just as I clicked the quickfold.
Hi back and don't take my moniez plz
