I can vouch for how hard it is. First time I did it I was almost sick and had to lie down for a while. Now I kinda enjoy it. Best thing to do after taking some bad beats it really gets all that anger out and gives you a clear head. The results it are defiantly not fake. 6 days a week of hard exercise and a strict diet plan will get some pretty sick results

He men thanks for the props, so you finished the 60 days? Nice one, what are you doing at the moment?

I think this can also help being better while playing poker, i do feel much more alert now and more awake.

Do it guys! It's worth it!

I also was impressed by the amount of sweat coming out of my body, first few days i was wearing t-shirts but they get soaking wet to soon so no more t-shirts for my during insanity.

I had never been sweating so much in my life ever!!!! But am smiling causing am loving it.

So you plan to finish the 60 days ingrid? If so i will try to keep you motivated.

All the doctors will tell you that working out is the best way to get a more strong back :)

But i do agree that the work outs can look kinda intimidating.

Like i posted in my dutch blog, the confidence you get out of this is unbelievable. If you can finish this you will believe even more in your own opportunities. Setting hard goals and reaching it gives the best feelings ever.

Today i did kenpo X, the most fun work out of p90X. Time flies while doing it since it is so much fun.

This is piece of cake.

Try sprinting at full speed 100m. Then return slowly at the starting line and do it another 5 times. Now this is hard!

I found a program similar to PX90 but targeted to gain mass.

Body Beast.

Best luck!

Yep man, starting from tomorrow. I am very skinny and this program might help. I already have dumbbells up to 10 kg each (they will be increased), a stability ball, a yoga mat. Unfortunately, I cannot do the exercises that involve using a chin-up bar (since I don't have any). But I am optimistic - committed for 90 days :)

he man great you are gonna give it a try. I do think you should get a chin up bar. It is a big part of the program so am not sure what your plan is when during the training they switch to pull ups or anything. A chin up bar does not have to be very expensive got mine for like 30 euro's

I have some bad knee history so the only advice i have with the plyometric is to make sure you do not feel any pain. If you feel any pain just stop or move a little bit slower. Pain is always a bad sign, i continued a bit to far one time so i know what am talking about.

nice one bro starting is one thing now stick to it and you will see amazing results for sure!!!

Do not forget that working out is 1/3 of the challenge 2/3 has to do with changing the way you eat. I will write some stuff about this in the intro real soon.
