Thanks mate..this is one of those funny spots I never know if I should bet less and try to get worse hands to come along or bet biggger and get worse hands to fold !!!

Here you have 13 and bet 7.30 leaving 5.70 back.
When short stackers do that it always says - I want to get my whole stack in, please!
Bet smaller and hope someone shoves over you i.e. give the impression to the table that they have some fold equity.
The pot is very bloated due to the 3 callers. You can bet something like 4 - 5 and hope for a call/push.
Be a bit sneaky and keep em priced in!
Is shoving flop too bad? 
Just thinking that with so many people around maybe it doesn't really make a difference. If they will call a bet that makes it worth betting (no way you can let them see a cheap turn card with that board and being so multiway), then they will also call a shove. They won't be calling to draw on you as you have very little left behind, and they wont be raising you to make you fold because you don't really seem to have much fold equity there. So if they call a 3/4+ bet, they call a shove. And you cannot bet less. Tricky stack to pot ratio I guess...
