Hi there,
Blinds 50/100.
I am SB with 900 chips while BB has 1700 chips. Should I treat this as Middle phase (x2.5 raise) or PoF (all in) if I have a good hand?
Thanks,
Chadwicked

this, just to clarify, with =<10bb effective stacks you push or fold
so if stacks were reversed and all fold to us and SB (Hero) had 1700 chips and BB had 900 at 50/100, then Hero plays push or fold because the most we can win or lose is 9bb, ie the effective stack

yes, you are right
What if he has 12-13BB effective. It should also be a push fold, right? 14-15+ should be a raise (in some cases push again). Am I correct?
with 12-13bb you can minraise/fold or minraise/call depending on the hand.a push is still +EV but bigger variance.
with 14-15bb i usually push when i have a limper or more before me.if not i just minraise.
Imagine you have A4o or 33 in the SB and you have 13 BB effective. I prefer to push in those kinda of spots, rather than raise/folding. I hope thats the correct play. Well, of course, if I'm facing 7/5 BB, I will always raise/fold, but against any other I would push or fold, and never raise.
with 13bb effective i would push 33 but A4o i would just raise.i would push something like A7-A8 depending on opponent too.
