I would bet/fold flop... You have no way to improve if already has a FH... All your cards are lower than the not paired board card...

I really would just snap fold this preflop and not think about it. Looks a lot like a bottom 10% starting hand to me. :f_frown:

You have to fold to the checkraise as the worst he is doing this with is another 4, and you are in trouble if he does have trips at least due to your awful kickers. :(

I agree with cbetting the flop however, nothing wrong with that.
