No reads on SB by that hand, but he played like a typical micro fish limping in hands preflop 30% out of 26 hands.
Looking back on the hand, there's two things I didn't like: the 3bet sizing preflop, and the size of the bet on the turn. My thinking is that given how station like he played, he could easily be on many draws. The problem is that if he doesn't have trips/full house, I think he's folding to a bet size much smaller that 3/4.
