That 's another weird hand.

Known Players:
MP3: €1,23 - 62 bb
CO: €2,32 - 116 bb
BU: €4,93 - 247 bb
SB: €0,78 - 39 bb
BB: €2,00 - 100 bb

0,01/0,02 No Limit Hold'em (5 Handed)
Hand recorder for this hand: PokerStrategy.com SideKick 1.0.50906.2

Preflop: Hero is BB with K♦, K♣
SB posts small blind (€0,01), Hero posts big blind (€0,02), MP3 folds, CO calls, BU folds, SB calls, Hero raises for €0,11, CO calls, SB folds

Flop: (€0,28 - 14 bb) 5♣, 4♠, 2♥ (2 Players)
Hero bets €0,27, CO calls

Turn: (€0,82 - 41 bb) 2♦ (2 Players)
Hero bets €1,60, CO calls

River: (€4,02 - 201 bb) 5♠ (2 Players)

In general, i would like to know where to stop with overpairs or top pair top kicker hands in these limits. I know it depends on opponent quite much, but if i don't have stats it is kind of hard. Actually, in many cases i won big pots with these types of hands yet facing crazy aggression by terrible opponents.
Thank you!

Pre do something like 14c.
flop pot, pot, pot
this is nl2 they will call ou and you give them less chances to outflop you.

as played

flop - pot.
what are you trying to achieve with the overshove? maybe some overpair will call you but you will only get called most of the time when you are beat.

I would cbet 60% on the turn and maybe fold if get reraised

Hello Erevos,

Preflop: Raise it bigger here whilst having 2 limpers + OOP.
Postflop: Don't understand the over-shove on the turn? You are just forcing a lot weaker hands to fold doing that. :(

Best Regards.

Thank you all for the replies. You are absolutely right about the turn shove: terrible play.
Villain was holding A3o btw Any set or 2 pairs was possible too.
I must not let rush, emotions or tilt take the decisions instead of my mind.

BTW Veriz you are AWESOME. Sincerely thank you for the great work, videos etc.
My game improved so much just by watching this coaching series! :f_biggrin:

Good luck and goodnight! =)
