I would play it the same.
On the turn after reg 3bet you you are probably losing cos there are not many worse flushes than yours and he would push here with a flush or A:d7 I guess. I'm not convinced that solid player will go broke here with a set. Nevertheless you are already committed and can't possibly fold in this situation.

Just call the turn against a good regular. We don't want him to fold his 79 type hands here. The value of protection goes down a lot when our opponent is able to make good folds against us!
