I saw him as an agressive fish who could have hands like T9o etc. in this spot

I suppose he won't fold 9t Nah srsly, I think he'll know you will shove your entire value range on the flop. You rep exactly what you have now imo. Maybe you could play jacks this way. Think he will call almost his entire range on the t.

Without much of information I don't like putting opponents on a loose range. Especially vs bigger 4bet which he rarely will call just randomly with T9. And clearly those hands even complete as JT/T9 and we don't have that much beat. Check/Fold the turn instead.

I assume, that you would play it differently also preflop, because putting almost half your stack in and then c/folding about 65% of flops doesnt seem that great of an idea?

Would jam any flop as we want to get it in with as much EQ as possible two overs and some potential backdoors.

Not really, we don't know yet him how loose he calls, though I don't think that he is calling vs such a raise very loose range but rather trappy range. Therefore Check/Fold postflop, though most likely get it in preflop.
