I have problem with hand history in HEM1 and HEM2 too. HUD running on both but my hand history didn't show in HEM1 and in HEM2 are bad setting of tournaments and graphs missing on both. Hand history i have store for 30 days..

Which versions of the programs are you using?
Is the pokerclient writing handhistories?
Can you import them manually via import file?
I using latest versions of both programs ...
Microgaming clients saving hand histories to gamehistory.dat
Client uploads to hem tourneys without winnings, length and with default buy-in...
and HUD running only on 1 table ...

Dear Player, Please note that we are not aware of this. You should contact their support regarding this.
Tourney results: Microgaming doesn't write any summaries to the handhistory files so HEM uses default settings. You have to edit the results manually.
Hud only on 1 table: if all the tables have the same name this is a known issue. We have no solution for it.
