Hi my HEM1 replayer HUD hasn't worked since yesterday. It shows up on the table manager, but no HUD pops up on the replayer.
How can I solve this problem?

Reboot your computer and try again.
If you run a manual import (import file or import from folder) before starting the replayer the hud will not work.
Which site are the hands from, which gametype?
Are you using any 3rd party firewall, anti-spyware, adaware, tuning or registry cleaning programs? and if yes which ones?
From Ongame 5max SNGs.
I use windows firewall, windows security essentials and occasionally CCleaner.
I'm not sure if it helps but can you try this 1.12.11 internal prerelease? http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_10Oct2012.exe
I did the update and it did not help. I tried also on different database and there was also the same problem.
Can you mail me the hands for some sample tourneys?
You find them in the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive).
Please zip them and send them with link to this thread to netsrak@holdemmanager.net and i'll try to reproduce the problem.
