A lot in relative terms. Not enough in absolute terms to really make a nice living off it. NLHE is what the masses play in MTTs.

I think, when you reach a point when your advice can be applied to other areas as well you can call yourself a Guru.
Lastly, a question...
Do you have/had a plan? How do you make a plan that works...? How do you stick to that plan without quiting?

Best of luck.

Yes, I use(d) plans. The skill though is not to have one and to implement it but constantly iterating and adapting. Circumstances and the environment change regularly.
=> If you don't go forwards you go backwards.

First I dream it (vision) then I think about ways to implement it (mission) and consequently it's all about dedication and commitment.

I read a few books on Venture Capital lately ... other than that "Thinking Fast and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman is the best book I recently read.

 the video

Def value, but I don't think there are too many ppl playing the game overall. I can't imagine you can be PLO8 pro only, but I might be wrong. Mixing limits and sites it could be possible.

Thank you JB for your efforts, unfortunately you are wrong (again).

I started working (besides school) at a very young age of 14. So I always had more money at my disposal than my peers. That combined with my love for partying, not studying for school, trash talking, girls, cars .... lead to a rather "cool" lifestyle (for that age that was).

In Austria we get a driver's license with the age of 17. My first car was a random Audi A3. It didn't take me long to pimp it quite a bit (could tell you many stories about that, was basically THE baller car around in our town ) Black with blue colour effects, big alu wheels, etc etc etc and epic sound system inside (I didn't have a normal rear trunk, that should tell you enough. Was basically one big DJ setup in the back - even got me an A in physics that year since I explained the electrotechnical specifics of the whole sound system. Didnt have to take any exam during the whole year in that subject cuz the teacher was so enthusiastic about it! muhahah, epic winning! Just to give you an idea what we are talking about: when I turned on the volume and opened all doors of the car, the whole school could listen to my music (I think I even played the teacher's favourite music, so obv I used all tricks in the book for my grade hahahh good old times  )

During school I was not known as hard working/studying at all. While I did work enough to support myself, I never did more than I needed. That changed later on. By now I only overplay even though I actaully wouldn't need to support myself. My vision changed though, in order to change things you also need to overplay quite a bit. I would consider myself relative to what I have quite humble now, I definitely wasnt back then. But what can you do, was just cool to be the baller @ school hahahhah obv my teachers didnt like me too much, but w/e, that relationship was 2way )

A pic says more than thousand words imo. I don't think I ever posted that pic as nobody ever asked what I did back in school. This one sums it up quite nicely imo .... We have been on a "spiritual trip to find ourselves" with our religion teacher etc end of 2002, pretty much exactly 10 years ago, me being 17. I just pimped my car over summer, I didnt like the idea of that trip (took place in an abbey around 30 car mins from our school [ofc we had sidebets who arrived first, and ofc I won ]. In advance I convinced my classmate that it would be more fun to "crush" that event and party a bit during nights, so we brought quite some alcohol with us. I don't want to go into details, but that trip was probably most epic shit ever happened in an abbey ... wasn't a very reflectiv experience for us and from what I know the religion teacher never took another class there after us Those were just the cliffs. Look at that pic, think of how a religion teacher would like this mindset/attitude/spirit and then imagine me having solid discussion on "the use of alcohol and cigarettes" and "purpose of life" with the teachers
