like you cant stop for 1 month jsut because you had a little swing, just take a break 2-3 days, analyze the session and hands that went wrong and maybe cut down to 2-4 tables and start playing to regain your confident

Tight doesn't mean he's going to fold a lot to 3bets. It means he has a pretty strong preflop range. So if you 3b he is actually going to call you more often.
I prefer 3 betting because I don't really want the blinds to join the battle as well. I hate being multiway

Oh well with that fold to 3b I like flatting. If you'd 3b you'd isolate yourself indeed.
