ow sorry about the tourney, you seemed to be doing so well.

I play freerolls a lot.
I find that if I fold every hand, I can get far deeper on average than if I actually play them.

I haven't cashed yet that way though.

On the other hand, I have cashed several times being patient and playing solid poker.

Trouble with that is, when you get down to the nitty-gritty, you are up against patient people who are also playing solid poker.

You might shove your AA, and get called by an "idiot" w/ K3 but that may even be a correct call for him given his stack size compared to yours.

The other thing that needs pointing out is that if ever you actually believe that it is rigged against you, THEN YOU MUST QUIT.

To continue playing on a site that you know is rigged is stupidity. Why not watch TV and send them a cheque every month, and avoid all of the stress.

If on the other hand, it just feels that way, and you do in fact recognize that you've just slammed into variance full-face-on, then read the threads in "Learning to Win" that related to adjusting your mindset.

That way, if you REALLY are a winning player, you'll win a lot more, and be the happier for it.

I ended up being 145th for 41$ and knocked out 7 players + 30$ I have 63$ profit not bad But lost 2 monster pots when I was 70%, and 93% ahead

Dude problem is not my preflop play, if I get shitty flop I fold, I know I am ahead on the flop,turn, just lost to 9% hand.

Well if you call pre and fold every time you miss the flop, you are not a winning player. Do you know how often you lose with 91% equity? It's not immortal lead...

I bet that in some other forum there are 7 guys cursing how Pokerstars is rigged as some idiot dropped them in the KO tournament...
