Today the entry for the second day of the PokerStrategy.com 2012 advent calendar went to our no limit cash game hand evaluation team.

We announced in the thread that we would release a competition simultaneously.

What?? You have to make a guesstimation how many hand evaluations there will be in the No Limit boards between December 1st and December 31st.

How?? Simply write in the thread how many evaluations you expect there to be in December.

When?? You can guess at any time in the month, but you can only have one guess

What do I win?? The five members with the closest guess to the accurate number will get a free database analysis so that their game is super sharp moving into 2013.

Count threads all month, when in new years eve people start to count from 10 to 1 for the new year, post the precise number, drink champagne at 00:00 and enjoy your database review.

You can't just count threads right? There are several discussions in one hand evaluation thread but good luck with your strategy

Wouldnt it be better if the promotion was stopped at the 25th of December so there would be 5 days which nobody could add a result? Obviously the closest you are on the 31st the more accurate your prediction will be

I used very precise calculations to get this number.

Just to clarify this is for December not for the year. To put things into perspective veriz had a total of around 65,000 posts lifetime so 120,000 in a month would be hard. But who knows!
