I was just talking to a friend who asked me this and I realized I had never thought about this.
Do online poker rooms burn cards as well?

I guess each card that's going to the board is chosen randomly, the deck isn't shuffled in the beggining like in live poker..
It doesnt make sense really. In real life cards are burnt to deter cheating with marked cards and things like that.

Interesting
How does that deter cheating?
I have a question too :P.
Let's say someone cbets and you're going to call. Does the turncard change if you call 5secs later or 3 secs earlier?
I mean, is the deck still shuffling after cards are dealt?

I'm sure it does because everytime while tilting I go into calling mode and snap call everything, I never hit and lose.
If i take time to think and then call then the outcome is different Has to be cause of the reason you pointed out, should have known earlier.
Some rooms use different methods of shuffling the deck, as far as I am aware there is only two methods:
1) Static - Just like the Casino, the cards are shuffled and then dealt out.
2) Continuous - where the deck is continuously shuffled.
As for burning cards, I don't know how the poker rooms go about this.
Your best bet is to contact the Poker Room you're at about this and they should tell you how they work the shuffle

hahaha, Epic.
Maybe if you wait some seconds and THINK, you'll end up losing less money.

so it means that my decision timing affects the card outcome?

Yes. But obviously not to the extent where you're going to hit when you take long and don't hit when you snap call.
Just pointing out the obvious.

I always wait a couple of seconds - just enough time for a quick prayer
