Full Tilt uses continuous shuffle as admitted by Lederer years ago.
PokerStars uses a pre-determined deck as admitted by Lee Jones, PokerStars spokesman.
No site "burns" cards
Some people doubt the integrity of online poker and believe that the flop, turn and river cards are manipulated to favor particular players.
As far as I know and you may already know there are two ways for a computer to shuffle a deck:
a) Static Shuffle - Just like in a live casino, the cards are shuffled, set, and then dealt out.
b) Continuous Shuffle - While the hand is in play, the cards are continuously being shuffled, and then, when the pre-flop (or the flop or turn) action is finished, the shuffling is stopped, and then the next card is dealt.
I asked PS about this they replied they use static (I think). Here is their reply:

The concept is much like the burn card used in live games. In live games
they use a burn card to protect the next card in the deck. The purpose
of this is to prevent card marking, and using the marks on the top of a
card to know the next card to be dealt on the board. The burn card
allows players to have confidence that no other player at the table
knows the next card to be dealt, and our shuffling methods are designed
to have the same effect.

So time taken to call obviously won't matter on stars but will on FT. No wonder why how much you wait on stars you will get rivered :f_biggrin:.
On a serious note, obviously it doesn't make any difference what method is used since its still random but just the fact that on FT if you call a split second later the card could be different meaning to some extent your time take to call does affect the outcome so slightly more degree on control however that info is useless since you wouldn't know how to use it.

How does that deter cheating?
Obviously if the top card is marked you have time to see the mark and create a game plan for the hand. When a card is burnt then the bottom card which u didnt have any vision on is instantly dealt face up on the board, then u have no real advantage, even if the card was marked(any u knew the mark) as you didnt have any sight of it before it was dealt face up on the board. I hope I explained it good. 
It mind sound bizarre, but remember poker is being played for a long long time and in the old times there were no security cameras and sertificated dealers, people used to cheat A LOT. Thats why things like 'burning cards' exist, its not because it changes the game in any other way, its purely to avoid cheating.

The funniest thing is that I'm a Leeds fan that has never ever been down to Elland Road, or in England for that matter! I'm from Serbia! My father was a great fan back in the sixties and seventies, when United was number one in the World! He had scrap-books with pictures and articles, I still have those and when I was 5 I learned to read, I have been LUFC fan ever since!
I know it sounds silly, but I am a true supporter! I can't go to stadiums, for some rather practical reasons but I really don't miss many games since the wide-spread of internet!
The closest for me to watch a game live was in 1999 when Leeds was supposed to play Partizan (my other favorite club), but due to political situation in my country at those times (there was NATO aggression in the spring of 2000), the game was played in Holland, so I never got to do that! 
Now that I'm professional poker-player (I actually am, with successful micro-stakes grinding one can make a decent living here in Serbia), when I get in the big leagues (you will notice WHEN, not IF ♦) I'm hoping to be able to afford easily going to few games a year!
Nice good to see we still have fans around the world. We don't have many left in this country ♦
You will have to get there one day, when its full it has the best atmosphere of any stadium i have been to (but i am biased of course )
