How are you guys claiming the magic boxes?
I have played 500 hands at least on the 10th, 11th and 12th and made a deposit on the 11th too but have not had any e-mail.
Do I have to wait for the e-mail or do you just go to somewhere on the website?

it works when it says 'wrong user/pass' - but when i reset and input user/newpass it just does nothing.

That's happening to me too. That's supposed to happen when you don't have any magic boxes. But I'm supposed to have a couple and can't access it either.
Maybe they're failling again? The same is happening with a friend of mine.
I did earlier but just tried to claim for my 500 from today and it wont let me log in.
Yesterday I did the reset my password thing and was able to claim one box. Today it tells me again that my password is wrong, even after resetting it again. Contacted support and they pretty much told me that I must be typing the wrong password and to try again, so no much help there...
Still not able to get my box from yesterdays 500 hands.
I don't even get an error message saying my password is wrong, I click enter and nothing happens.

The on-line support has been unavailable all day, yesterday was the same.
I e-mailed them though. Still waiting.
i finally got the .swf app working. it seemed i needed to play some hands on Poker770. i played around 550.
so now when i input user/pass and click "ok" the app loads.. but says "unfortunately you have no credit to play magic box" which is nonsense <.< i should have 3 at least.

I don't know if this is all you can do with it, but you can least spend it on the roulette and I'd assume on other casino games too.
There is a 10c roulette which is nice for the kind of money we get from boxes.
Is it working ok now? Or would you rather advise me not to go into it. I was thinking of depositing like 10x $20 and then play for next 14 days. Is it worth it or should I just skip it?
